Development of a web-based unit registry system, together with a mobile app to allow customers to login and see their account balances and details (they can also order additional units). The new system is web based, so its multi-user, and can run on any web enabled device. Security levels in the system allow only authorized staff access to the data they are responsible for viewing and editing. The system controls key calculations, and keeps an audit trail of all actions in the system. As this is a financial system, it has a cashier module and full financial reconciliation.

There are currently 5,000 accounts, and nearly 200,000 transactions in the system, however the system has been designed for 20 times that amount of data.
