RTAS is a comprehensive web-based transport administration platform designed to support modern driver licensing, motor vehicle registration, inspections, compliance management, and financial reconciliation.

Originally developed for Samoa and later expanded for the Solomon Islands, RTAS combines operational processing, reporting, cashiering, and customer service delivery into a single integrated system designed for high-volume government environments.
